International Shipping

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $15 USD per order.

Shipping is handled through our international shipping partners, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local postal services. International orders may take approximately 1–4 weeks to arrive, although delays can occasionally occur.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Rambutan Tea Company is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like us to resend it.
